About Us

The mission, put simply, is to be able to put some fun back into the work we do and to be outside the box, and deliver real, practical commercial value with cost and time efficiency.

We provide fully integrated strategic consulting services with a focus on intellectual property and the related delivery of legal services. Our clients are those who understand the value of IP and want IP to be an active part of their business strategy.

Our approach draws on our multi-disciplinary backgrounds to assist our clients to formulate and achieve their commercial objectives, with legal and commercially focused solutions.

We marry business/legal/IP in a business-driven environment.

Our service delivery model challenges old, established models and delivers business legal consulting-focused IP services to clients in a bespoke/agile way, both in terms of how we engage and how we service/charge clients. We incorporate leadership coaching methodologies to maximise our impact to the client and our solutions.

We want to spend time getting to know our clients, how they operate and solve their real issues practically, commercially and more importantly, time/cost efficiently. We are more than mere third-party service providers. Consider us your in-house virtual team. We want to grow with our clients.

It’s time to change the old narrative. After all, “threat is the change that you’re not leading”* (from Neil Crofts at Holos).
